To Be Approved EACH Applicant Must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a minimum 600 credit score. Experian is the credit bureau used.
- Have no criminal background
- Make a monthly income of at least 2 times the amount of the entire monthly rent. (For example, if there are 3 college students planning on renting the same property that has a $1500 monthly rent, each student must have a monthly income of at least $3000 monthly to be approved.)
- Have no collections that appear on your credit report to a utility company, for a loan, credit card, or a previous landlord.
- Have no record of an eviction.
If an applicant does not meet either the income requirement or the credit score requirement, a co-signing option may be offered.
